2. Membership & Billing
- Free Trial: New users receive a free 30-day trial with access to Month 1 content
- Subscription: After the trial, subscriptions renew monthly at the current rate unless cancelled
- Payment: Processed securely via Shopify or Stripe
- Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through your account settings or payment provider. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Price Changes: We will notify you 30 days before any price changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
General Policy: As a digital service with immediate access, refunds are generally not offered. However, we honor consumer protection laws in all jurisdictions.
- EU/UK Consumers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period from subscription purchase. However, by accessing the service during this period, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund as you have begun using the digital content
- Billing Errors: Full refund for duplicate charges or technical billing errors
