I built this because nothing else worked for my Shar Pei.
Years ago I brought home my first Shar Pei and within months we were on first-name terms with the emergency vet. Flares out of nowhere. Itchy skin. Food refusals. Three different prescription diets, hundreds of pounds, and zero answers.
Every dog blog I found gave the same generic advice — and none of it accounted for what makes a Shar Pei a Shar Pei. The histamine sensitivity. The FSF flares. The breed-specific food reactions that aren't even mentioned in mainstream dog nutrition guides.
